This stunning vintage piece has the most luxe velvet fabric and unique buttons. Features in tact shoulder pads and a fair amount of stretch. Sleeves are 3/4 length and the top two buttons are functional; however, the bottom buttons are for show as this is a top and not a full cardigan.
